In the Alabama senatorial special election, the Republican Roy Moore ran against the Democrat Doug Jones.
Doug Jones won the election, but something didn’t add up.
A video went viral where the liberals celebrated the victory, but what one man said is sparking an investigation into voter fraud.Democrat Doug Jones won the election with a difference about 20,000 votes more than Roy Moore or 1.5% . The race in Alabama was furious and frustrating with Roy Moore leading at first, but the tables turned and Doug Jones won the election. The democrats celebrated this victory in the streets of Alabama, but when a reporter interviewed one of the supporters that were out there, the people started questioning Doug’s victory.
According to our source, America’s Freedom Fighters, when the reporter asked the democrat why was he excited to see this victory, he responded with: “Because, we came here all the way from different parts of the country as part of our fellowship, and all of us pitched in to vote and canvas together, and we got our boy elected!
While the liberals are rushing to find an excuse and explain this man’s response, Moorehimself and his supporters are questioning Doug’s victory and asked for a recount and they think he won the election by fraud. As a result of the man’s comments, Alabama Secretary of State John Merril has decided to open up an official investigation into the possibility of fraud playing an important part of Doug’s victory over Roy Moore.
“Well, it’s disconcerting when someone who’s not from Alabama says that they participated in our election, so now it’s incumbent upon us to try to identify this young man, to see what kind of role he played, if it was simply to play a canvassing role, or if he was part of a process that went out and tried to register voters, or if he himself actually became a registered voter,” Merril stated.
The election results are expected to be certified the week after Christmas. To identify this man, Merril has reached Doug’s campaign and requested a list of volunteers. The Jones campaign claimed ignorance stating that it doesn’t have access to the countless groups who volunteered to help canvas neighborhoods and campaign for Jones.
It’s unclear whether the individual is referring to people being transported in to campaign for Jones or to actually vote for him, which would be illegal.
“Even the girl next to him knows that he has let the cat out of the bag,” commented one Twitter user.
The clip is going viral, with one version having racked up almost 300,000 views on Facebook.Roy Moore is continuing to refuse to concede the election, commenting, “In this race, we have not received the final count to include military and provisional ballots. This has been a very close race and we are awaiting certification by the secretary of state.”
If Moore reduces Jones’ 1.5 percentage advantage to within 0.5% after the military ballots have been counted, this will trigger an automatic recount which will will be paid for by the state government.
